MARC LALONDE APPOINTED EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF LES GRANDS BALLETS He will take over as head of the company on October 1, 2018.

Montreal, August 14, 2018 ? Madam Constance Pathy, president of the board of directors of Les Grands Ballets Canadiens de Montréal, is pleased to announce the appointment of Marc Lalonde to the position of executive director.

A seasoned manager and administrator, Mr. Lalonde has worked in the cultural world for over 20 years, in the circus, music, dance and theatre sectors. Currently executive director of the Conservatoire demusique et d’art dramatique du Québec (2015-2018), he has held the same position at the National Circus School (1999-2015) as well as with the I Musici de Montréal Chamber Orchestra (1997-1999).

He will take office at Les Grands Ballets on Monday, October 1.
