We will be seeking a Performing Arts Facility professional with a grounding in all aspects of PAC management: executive leadership. community partnerships, diversified programming, fund-raising, marketing, concessions, merchandising, front of house, ticketing, rentals, board relations, and backstage/technical operations. This person will become the “face” of the center in the community and will have the managerial skills and facility expertise to take the organization to its next level of achievement.
The center has an annual budget of $4.2M and a staff complement of 19 full-time and 10 part-time.
